Opryland Hotel

Our special room rate is $119 per night (up to 2 people). You will need to add $20 to the rate per additional person (maximum 5 per room).  Children under 16 stay free .  If you need to cancel a reservation, you must do so 30 days in advance or you will be charged for the first night’s stay.

Radisson Hotel
Another rooming option this year is the nearby Radisson Hotel. Our group rate at the Radisson is $99 per night. From there , a free shuttle will be available to take you to and from the Opryland Hotel for the duration of the Worlds event. Children under 16 stay free.  However, please be advised that winter weather in Nashville can be chilly and venturing outside may be unpleasant. But, if the cost of accommodations is a concern, this arrangement will give you an alternative.
