Vendor Information 

The UCWDC would like to invite you to participate in the 2013 Country Dance World Championships at the beautiful and historic Gaylord-Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee. The event will begin on Monday, December 31, 2012 and conclude on Sunday, January 6, 2013. We’re expecting another memorable event this year, and we’re looking to partner with several outstanding vendors to bring quality merchandise and services to our guests.  

While it is always difficult to predict how many people will attend, we’ve had between 1,500 and 2,000 attendees in recent years. Our customers come from 20 or more different countries, making the event truly international and exciting.

This year, the Worlds Vendor Lobby will be in an open area that will not be access-restricted to Worlds customers only. Anyone on-site at the Opryland Hotel will be able to easily visit and purchase merchandise and services from our Worlds vendors. In addition, we’ve set things up to maximize foot traffic through the vendor lobby. We’re planning to provide signage to let people know the area is open to the public. The vendor area will be conveniently located in between our two primary ballrooms, adjacent to our Event Registration area, and also adjacent to our open-lobby line dance area.
